Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction Welcome to Margarita Momma. By renting our Margarita machines, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Rental Period The rental period begins at the time of delivery and ends at the agreed-upon return time. Late returns incur additional charges of $150 per day.

3. Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept checks or credit cards .

4. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 3 days before the rental date will receive full credit for future rental dates. Cancellations made within 3 days of the rental date will incur a 25% cancellation fee.

5. Use of Equipment The renter agrees to use the equipment in a safe and responsible manner. Any damage to the equipment will be the responsibility of the renter.

6. Liability Margarita Momma is not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from the use of the rented equipment.

7. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Georgia.

2. Information Collection We collect personal information such as your name, address, email, and payment details when you make a booking.

3. Use of Information We use your information to process your booking, provide customer service, and send promotional emails.

4. Information Sharing We DO NOT share your personal information with third parties. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties

SMS Communications By placing an order with us, you consent to receive SMS communications from us regarding your margarita machine rental, including booking confirmations, delivery, and pickup details. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt-out at any time by replying “STOP,” and “HELP” provides more information.

Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility Partial refunds are available for cancellations made 3 days before the rental date, with a 25% cancelation fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 3 days of the rental date.

2. Damage and Missing Items Equipment that is returned damaged or with missing parts will be charged the cost of repairs or replacements, it will be charged to the card on file.

3. Processing Time Partial refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation or return of the equipment.
